[OpenDHT-Users] OASIS for opendht

Hi,
Just read a paper stating that openDHT is using the anycast infrastructure
of OASIS. Is anyone aware of it? Can someone let me know how can I use this
service? I need to choose a dht node every now and then for accessing the
dht (read/write). Can I use OASIS to make a request and get an IP
address/hostname of a currently alive and near by node in reply?
