I believe this question has been posed before...

The SIGCOMM paper says that 'small latency issues might exist'

My problem is some keys that I set seem to never be heard of from other
parts of the net--never.  I assume they reached a full node?
Also if I am accessing a proxy on one side of the world, should the other
side fo the world hear about it soon?  Should it be reliable?
