Roger,

The reason OpenDHT returns values in oldest-first order is that it's a
public system, and I don't want some spammer to be able to drown
someone else's legitimate value in a bunch of junk ones.  We talk
about these issues in the SIGCOMM paper; see section 3.1 for a
detailed discussion.

Also, OpenDHT is very much NOT designed to hold lots of values per
key.  If you're storing more than 10 or so values per key, you might
want to rethink your partitioning scheme.
