Yeah, when I left Intel I had to turn off the machine that re-installs
OpenDHT on PL.  I've been meaning to set up a new one, but as of now,
every time someone wipes a PL machine, we lose a node.  They wipe them
pretty often, too, so our node count is slowly dwindling.

I'll try and set up a new refresh server soon.
