[OpenDHT-Users] OpenDHT Down

As many of you have noticed, OpenDHT is currently down.  All the nodes
were removed from my slice as part of the PlanetLab upgrade, and I'm
in the process of re-adding them and reinstalling everything right
now.  I'll send out another message when things are up again.
