[OpenDHT-Users] OpenDHT Key Consistency

By the way,
I think the issue below may also be responsible for the
inconsistencies a lot of you have been seeing on OpenDHT lately.
For some reason, the PL machines in the US seem to get wiped more
often than the others. Since nothing is reinstalling OpenDHT on them
right now, that's led to a situation where OpenDHT is currently
running mostly on machines outside the US (as some of you have
noticed). Those machines also have lower bandwidth caps than the US
machines, so I think OpenDHT is falling behind in replicating
key-value pairs, and thereby showing inconsistencies.
I'm working to set up a new reinstall process soon, and hopefully
things will get better after that.
