Sorry this took so long, but there was a conflation of problems:

 -- my build machine got SCSI problems, and needed to find a new setup
 -- PlanetLab has been having trouble with new kernel upgrade, and
they changed the way we could bind port 53
 -- With this change, we lost our perms for binding port 53, and took
some time to get the configuration back.

That said, OASIS is back up.
